    can anyone give me a rundown of when and how much of milk thistle & vitamin b5 i should be taking during or after a cycle ? thanks.. Twisted Evil

    i would start both 1 week prior to cycle start and run it till after pct therapy is done.

    thanks pin ! is this true, by taking milk thistle at the same time as say taking Dbol, the milk thistle actually cleans out the dbol and its potency.. what does anyone think about that ? id hate to waste the dbol if this is true..

    I know you asked about B5.... but... I have a feeling you might be thinking B6...

    There is alot of info on how B6 lowers Estrogens and prolactin.... Alot of info can be complicated... This is an easy read...

    thanks visions ! but i did mean b5. i was told to take it if im prone to break out with acne on cycles.

    Ok,, good

    A Natural Deodorant Mineral Stone may help too,,, These mineral salt stones work fantastic as a deordant because bacteria cant live with the mineral salts... This stone would also inhibit the growth of bacteria that causes acne.... You can rub the stone over the problem areas or you can crush the stone and put into a spray bottle then mist over the areas...

    actually, by cleansing the liver,milk thistle will allow an oral steroid to pass through easier than if you had an overworked liver so i would say the oppisite is true. it should help improve the performance of any oral you would take. this is only how i interpret the articles on milk thistle and i could be wrong though.
    think of it this way, the more clogged up the liver is with toxins, the less it will be able to let anything pass through into your body to do its thing. if it is nice and clean and health then it will be able to work at its maximum efficience at providing a means for ingested products to enter your bloodstream.

    Recommended daily intakes for pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) are as follows: Infants 0-6 months, 1.7 mg; infants 7-12 months, 1.8 mg; children 1-3 years, 2 mg; children 4-8 years, 3 mg; children 9-13 years, 4 mg; men and women 14 years and older, 5 mg; pregnant women, 6 mg; and breastfeeding women, 7 mg. So take foods that contain this measure.
