Due to a medical condition I had to go off-gym for a few months, lost about 18lbs of my weight (both muscle & fat).
I was planning a come back to training, which I already started, as follows
- training for 3 months naturally, waiting for muscle memory to kick in and do it's magic..gain my strength back
-running a mild cycle of test-e only (500mg a week)
My stats are as follows
-Age : 27
-Height : 171 cm
-I've been training for 2 years before my illness.
Do you guys think it's a good idea ?
