A female friend of mine has come to me for advice as far as getting into shape...she just recently started working out again, and has expressed some curiousity as far as supplements are concerned..her goal is basically just to lean out, as she def. has some extra fat..her stats are (just a guess here)

all that i can think of as far as supplements are ephedrine...do any of u (this one's for u DG) think that maybe t3 or Anavar would be beneficial to her, or is that too much? what do u'll think ladies??
