    Are there any kind of good supplements I can take that are effective? Another thing, can someone tell me what kinds of protein I need and anything else with it from true protein and how much it will cost?

    Hmmmmm, supplements. You need to be taking a whole food multivitamin/mineral, cranberry extract, EFA's (OF COURSE), creatine, and glutamine. Thats all i can think of at the moment

    I went blank on what EFA's are, and on trueprotein.com I have no clue what type of protein I need to get from them. Whenever I know that, I'm going to order it and some dextrose, malt0dextrine, and some creatine ethyl ester from them. I need to know how much I need and what type of protein do I need, because there are soooo many...I think I might get some NO2 again also...

    Allright, EFA's are essential fatty acids. There what you body needs to for enegry, to be in balance, help your skin, your general well being. They even help cut fat. Different kinds of EFA's:ALA, CLA, GLA, omega's 3,6,9, and the list goes on. You can get them from Hemp Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Evening Primrose oil.

    Now for the protein what r u using it for??? PWO or MRP???

    Well, I'm using protein to try to bulk up and for strength. I don't know what a PWO is or a MRP. As for EFA, what kind do I need. I want to order this stuff ASAP so I can start taking it....

    Hey bro! I dont know what everyone else uses but I like using Udo's Oil Blend for the efa's.

    yea ive been wondering what types of sups i should take too bro...its tough to choose the right brand/type/flavor shit like that....currently all i take is ON 100% Whey Protien

    PWO= post workout

    MRP= meal replacment

    As for the shakes i would lean towards a whey/maltodextrose/and then add EFA's to it so its digested slowly. Something like a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein.

    Which type of whey from there, and I think I will mix it all together on the customize part of the website. I will probably also add some CEE to the mix too...
