I've tried lots of tricep exercises but non have felt like this before...
If your gym has a cable machine with an upper lat tower with individual hand grips...
Face the tower... Cross hand grips.. left to right,,, right to left..... Stand close to the tower... In the starting position have your right arm on top of your left... As you start to pull down bring your left arm flat against your body and you'll bring your right arm over your left so that it is infront of the left closer to the tower.... Now your arms are crossed and parallel to the floor... Now push!! It really hits the triceps great!
