My leg workout was crazy today ---worked out with a guy who has placed in the top ten in nationals so I was pysched to do legs with him its been awhile since i have been pysched to workout since me and Ptest dont workout anymore ---
well we started of with the leg press warmed up ---to 800 for 30 reps 2 sets then 1200lbs for no shit 50 reps 2 sets --omg I thought my stomach was going to crawl out through my nose----it was brutal
then we did hack squat warmed up with 4 sets up to 10 reps ---the we hit 2 heavy sets --cant believe i did 765lbs for 4 reps for 2 sets --my knees are a little achy but hey great workout ---
leg extension---warmed up 2 sets medium wieght ---then did 2 sets of failure starting at 250lbs dropping 15 lbs on every set down to 80 lbs--by now Iam dying
well I thought we were done ---Hell no--- went and did lunges--this guy was killing me ---warmed up with the squat bar with 145lbs and did 2 heavy sets of 225lbs for 2 sets 8 reps on each leg-----
Then did 45 lbs on the stair climber for cardio ----Iam fucken dead I got home and just laid on my bed and stared at the ceiling for like 30 minutes before I ate ---I was feeling icky in the stomach from the pulling of blood from my instestines into my legs ----Anyways thought I would share one of my best workouts that I have had in a long time ---felt like I was 20 agian when I started bodybuilding and was training my ass off ---have not felt like that in awhile--
