Injection Spots

I been injecting in the glutes and delts.

I seen a post the other day that talked about spot injecting in the bicep, alot of the feed back was not in favor of the bicep.

My question is what is the most popular spot injection locations, I would like to try other locations.

jest3r I have the information on this site, but I am wondering what areas are suggested or use from people on this forum. I have read some comments that some of the bros don't agree with all the locations spotinjection.com suggests.

well...from what i hear...most Frequently used spots are:::

Glutes
Quads
Delts
i mean its mostly personal preference...just dont do calves

Some people use chest triceps traps etc. just whatever you prefer.

I spread them out if ed shots, bi, tri, quad, delt, glutes...sometimes the biceps will be a little tender, but not bad..for me..others have diff reaction
