A guy I know is taking Bronchial or something like that which contains ephedra because it helps you breath. He is all combining it with No-Doze and Asprin pills. He said he lost about 19 lbs of fat in 3 weeks I believe. This doesn't sound healthy mixing them together, so I wanted some opinions on this... By The Way, I'm not trying to cut because i don't have any haha!! Just wanted to see what kind of info I could get on this?

It's basically and ECA stack. They now sell Ephedra like that. I can't see how he lost that much fat that fast. I'm bet alot was water weight.

Is that safe though, I think the asprin would be to regulate your heart right?

Yeah, it's safe bro. It's a standard ECA stack. The only drawback i could see would be using the bronchilator form of ephedra..I don't know much about it..
Not to hijack the thread, but can the form of ephedra sold in convienince stores be substituted for other ephedra, such as what GenX sells?

Yeah but it's not as I strong. I believe the convience store Ephedra is weaker than what we have. I started taking the ones we sell and WHAT A KICK IN THE TEETH THAT WAS! I was hyper for quite a while yesterday lol.

I would be extremely careful running that stuff. A story that I have told before on this board is that I was taking ephedra for around 4 years. One night after working out and finishing a paper I went to bed and woke up with bad chest pains. I waited for 3 days and finally went to the er, only to find out I had a heart attack. Most of it was contributed to the ephedra and some of it to valve blockage. Problem being is that I felt the same nagging pain in my chest that night that I had been feeling after every workout and taking the ephedra. You are young so it should be fine. But remember that there are a lot of kids that have had heart attacks while on this shit and I personally will never go near it again. No lecture, I just wanted to put this in the back of your mind.. So you know it is a real possiblity and just hype

the Ephedra sold in the gas stations is a little weaker...but here you can only buy 2 at a time...but alot of the time i can get the lady to ring it up as a couple of different sales!!! woo-hoo, maybe i can take her home one day...lol

Lemon and cucumber can reduce body fat. Try for that.
