can anybody tell me a good site whre i can measure my bodyfat?

Don't buy one of those BMI sclaes. I have one and it will say one thing for BF%, I'll drink a cup of coffee, and the reading will be totaly different.

ok,the mirror..but i heaerd smb say that there are sites where you put in your measurements(arm,waiste,chest,etc)and it gives you your bodyfat percentage..this may not be the most precise way to do it,but it is good to know aproximately where you stand..
i don't know about you guys,but i can't tell my bf percentage by just looking in the mirror...

i found something...it says 17%.
that is fair enough but i would like to find another one for comparison

Buy a decent pair of calipers and do a 6 site bodyfat test and you'll know the real % without all the guess works,they're cheap and dependable

bump pureblood,,calipers are the way to go,, and after reading others post,, i like the pic deal too.......

If i had to test my bf, which i don't as i have a mirror that i trust implicitly, i rely solely on hydrostatic testing which isquite expensive yet your most accurate reading to  date. I have also tried the bodpod which i was nottoo impressed with as it gives you the reading in a ratio that was very easy to manipulate. You can call your localgym and ask about it or even at the local university where you reside.

You can call them andask where they are testing and what dates and call and schedule an appointment.

I am not very keen on numbers.
