    I had been training in wrestling shoes for what seems like forever but NVS bought me some addidas gazelle's an man I must say they kick ass. Completely flat soles which are great for squating or doin deadlifts and the soles arent slick which is a huge bonus.

    What does everyone else train in?

    sometimes wrestling shoes, but i got a pair of adidas similar to the ones you mentioned over here in europe and they aren't too shabby

    My girl got me the Brooks Beast for xmas, they are good for me as I tend to pronate a little, they are so much beter to squat in than my last pair of nikes which had a heap of give in the soles. The beast has a solid sole with not much give giving good support

    I wear an old ass pair of Airwalks. I have plenty of new shoes but the Airwalks are solid and flat. They're so old that I used to skateboard in them when I was 15.

    I use my old nike basketball shoes. I think I need to get some shoes more suitable for lifting.

    i wear the same Keds i wore in the 70's....but i really like my crosstrainers .....comfort is best for me...Md-
