    What would be the best calorie range for a cutting cycle for a person who is 5’6” 165lbs 15%bf taking test e 500mg wk1-12 and winni 50mg wk1-6 and clomid wk14-16 also if clen was available would it be good to add it to this cycle and when would be the best time to use it?

    hey bro i wouldnt use winstrol at the beggining of your cycle.I would use it weeks 7-12.Test Prop would be a better choice then test e if your looking to cut.Clen works well during pct to keep you going with energy,gives you muscle pump and hardness.goodluck.

    I’ve heard of that before but taking it all the way to the end (wks 9-14). I hear a lot of taking about eating 4000-4500 cal. a day but it seams like a lot for what I want to do and my size. Any suggestions??

    Test E is fine for cutting. Especially with a clean diet. The lower carbs will keep you from holding water. Also watch your sodium intake so you aren't holding much water.

    I’ve done two that were pretty much a waste of time dbol pyramid up to 60mg wks 1-5 and winni pyramid up to 50mg wks 3-7. No PCT it was about a year ago it was good when on it lost every thing after. In the last 12 months I’ve gone from 195lbs down to 165lbs naturally just with a good diet healthy lean foods/fruits 6 meals a day and exercise. I always weighed about 135lbs 32in waist before I turned 25.Then from 25 to 30 slowly keep gaining weight up to 195lbs and a 38 waist. But I am not a worried about weight as I am waist size. I am back to my 32in waist even though I weigh 30lbs more but I still have a layer of fat on my chest and abs. This time I am reading and learning every thing I can so that my gains are not lost.
