    what would you do if you were a bit on the heavy side? Cut 1st or Bulk?

    thing is i been trainin natty, and ive made huge progress im currently benchin a max of 275lbs and i dont want to loose much on my lifts as all went up crazily , so i dunno if i should just go all cardio, with clen and t3 and swap 2 weeks on and my 2 weeks off do a ECA stack, i dont loose weight naturally easy i have a slow metabo, so i will def need some supplements to aid the loss

    As for Simon, i already have extra weight on me, so i would have to do a HUGE cut after the bulk

    emmm, tought one, right off the bat i was thinking bulk then cut, but the fact that your bodyfat is prob. hight at this point, ide say hit the cardio hard and diet hard, and get ur bodyfat down, then put on some thick muscle, and cut down after that, if that makes any since?

    Personally I would want to be reasonably lean before I bulk. I would lean down first then bulk up after.

    although some steroids have fat burning properties, i have decided to wait until my bodyfat is closer to 10% before i do a cycle. what good is it for me to add muscle if i can't see it. i am concentrating on diet and training first. it sounds like you are making great gains natty, so i would really clean up the diet, up the cardio and the intensity of the weight workouts ( lower rest times to 30-45 sec. between sets and all sets 8-10 reps failure) i have lost about 12 lbs in three weeks doing this. good luck.

    Just because it's a bulker, doesn't necessarily mean that you will be putting on alot of extra fat. The body needs fuel and protein and calories to grow muscle. I don't see why if good habits are in place and you are eating clean why you can't maintain or even drop a little BF while adding some cardio to your regime and add some good quality muscle.

    Get the body used to the extra weight whille you are training like a mad man. Get the cardio and diet habits in pplace and when it's time to really cut, it will fall off like crazy.
