    I've been reading up on steroids for almost 5 months and still am confused about which to use.... it's my first time and I don't plan on using them again but who knows. I'm 5'10'', 21, been working out for 3 years natural, weight 170, I hit a plateau a couple of months ago and really want to push myself. I'm looking for quality, lean mass gains and increased vascularity. Any suggestions?

    Are you a BodyBuilder, or do you play sports?? Or, is this just to increase your physical appearance??
    Post up your diet....at 21, 5'10" and 170lbs, you're not skinny...maybe we could tweak your diet to beef ya up a little....

    I would say a simple Test only cycle(10-12 weeks) of either test e or Test Cyp at 500mg per week. Take some aromasin or letro to keep the estrogen levels down so you dont get as much water retention. For PCT run the Aroma or Letro with clomid. You might want to also consider running HCG at 1000iu per week from weeks 3-10(or12)....basically up until you start PCT.

    If you want to add on anything i would say run either EQ(400mg)with it for 10-12 weeks or run Tbol the first or last 5 weeks at 40-50mg per day. Either one of those will get you more muscle with little bloat and make you plenty vascular.

    If i could go back in time my first cycle would have just been Test Cyp and Tbol for ~10weeks. I just had a friend finish that cycle up and he had AWESOME results.

    My first cycle I ran Test Prop at 100mg EOD for 12 weeks and Tbol at 40mg for 7 weeks. I stayed lean and muscles were really hard and strength was great. I had no water bloat at all. I loved the cycle and will run it again in the future as a cutting-type cycle. How much weight are you looking to put on, also post your diet bro.

    try DC training that usually blasts me through plateaus when im not on the gear. If you are going to use the gear bump on the test eq cycle. I had really good success with that I ran it for ten weeks and my lean body mass went up 12lbs!! Bump to DW's statement I said I'd only do it once and then never again, and im getting ready for my 3rd cycle.
