    Has anyone ever heard/done/know how to do the CrossFit training workouts? There is a guy here who does them daily and is in crazy awesome shape....

    Crossfit is for endurance.

    It wont build size or strength so it depends on what your goals are woodro.

    You can g to crossfit.com and see sample workouts and how things should be combined there.

    I need crazy endurance for what I am currently working for. Like walking distances of 12-20 miles per day with 35-55lbs on my back

    If endurance is what you are looking for than this would be a good idea for you to look into. It will give you the endurance to run 10miles and than do a circuit workout afterwards or vice versa.

    Just remember when you get back home and you want to put on mass you change it b/c Crossfit cant make you bigger. It's designed to keep lean and smaller.

    DEF bro. If my plans don't workout as necessary then I am going back to bulking. I am going to do this plan 3 times per week MWF split. do running intervals on tuesday, long distance run on thursday, and hit the elliptical or the speed bikes on Saturday. I am hoping within two months I will be in crazy shape with a workout like this

    If you're doing Crossfit correctly all you need is 3x week. ED is too much. Alot of SS and my friends in BJJ do crossfit to make them better at it.

    One thing, how do you do Lunges with Arm Curls? If I am thinking on how to do it correctly, it looks really awkward in my head lol

    If you are lunging with your right foot forward you would curl with your lft arm that way you don't hit your leg with your arm holding the dumbell.

    So this CrossFit training is kicking my ass!! It's almost (if not equally) as bad as the P90X workout!!! Good stuff, hoping my stamina will go through the rook which is what I am shooting for!!

    painful dirty workouts that really test your drive and ability to push yourself. they are fun. if you google crossfit it will show you their site and alot of example workouts

    lol yea, my body hates me right now. my current program is a 3 times a week split MWF, with cardio on T,R,S. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical balls the to walls then ran at an 8:15 mile pace for 15 minutes last night

    I did. My favorites. After I went to my local leotard design studio and was told about crossfit I tried it and it worked. I'm an ex athlete so I need to stay in shape all the time
