Crossfit and AAS Empty Crossfit and AAS

Post by kenster Tue Aug 23, 2016 4:13 am

I was thinking about starting AAS while using Crossfit as my workout insted working out at the gym. I was wondering if anyone had any experience or knew someone who has tried it. I am 36yo 5'11 195 25% BF and looking to try to approve my mass while lowering my BF. I going to do the Lean/Mass cycle which is either Test/Deca or Cyp. Please give me your advise. This will be my first time on AAS.

Well, actually is probably more around 20%. This was a very basic BF count done at the gym that took them around 4 mins to preform. I do not look anywhere close to 25 or 20 for that matter. I just want to get some feedback on Crossfit compared to let says doing 5 day normal rountine of back and bi's -Chest and Tri's and legs at the gym. Crossfit is excellent concept.

I started out at 5' 10" 238lbs. 23-26% bodyfat IF NOT HIGHER! For 6-9 months I never touched a weight. I started out doing cardio 3X/week for 30min. each day. Every 3 weeks I would add 5min. and after 3months I added another day of cardio. I would REALLY work hard on dropping your BF and not worry about bulking, etc. Size does not always mean stength. I have seen guys my height and around 175-185lbs benching well over 300bls. Good Luck! Remember Hard Work will only get you 1/2 way there the other half is you DIET, DIET, DIET, DIET, DIET, DIET

Ok, what is a good BF% to go for? I am presently doing 3 miles a day on the tredmill 5 days a week avg about 25mins each interval. That's 7.5 min a mile and that is doing incline for approx. 1.5 of the 3 miles. That's no joke. I've been doing it for 2 1/2 months. I'll start training back in Brazillian Jui Jitsu at 3 days a week starting in about 2 weeks.
