Hey guys just wanted to see how long every one takes off before starting another cycle up....

I've always taken at least 8 weeks off b-4 starting up again. But I will be competeing next summer, so i'm gonna be on all year starting in 2008.

Well it depends on if you compete and what level of competition you are at. But for most time off = should equal time one. Bloodwork should also be done throughout the course of a year to ensure that the body is functioning correctly.

There is no real generic answer though to the question. Most would say they take off 8-10 weeks after PCT is finished but the reality of it is if you compete several time throughout the course in one year or if you are at the national level chances are you run bridges after your cycles to ensure that bf% stays low while gains are not lost at all. Exp nowadays where MASS is rewarded with conditioning and not just the latter.

Time off = Time on +pct for me. I don't compete an want to play it safe.
Also bloodwork is key. That should determine when it's safe to go back on.
