    how long should i wait after my first cycle to start a second cycle after i finished my pct

    It depends on how long your cycle and pct was. General rule of thumb is time on+pct= time off...so if your cycle was 12 weeks and pct was 4 weeks then you should take 16 weeks off before starting a new cycle.
