I know it's safe to inject 2cc's into one side of the glute and 2cc's into the other in a one week time. But is it safe to inject more than 2cc into either side during one week? Say 3cc's in the left and 3 in the right. I've never poked anywhere else, and no more than 2ml in each cheek. And what size needle would I use to inject into my shoulders or thighs? And how safe is it? I'm just so use to injecting into my glutes and kinda weary of poking anywhere else.

3cc is fine anywhere in the legs... just use a 1" needle for quads and shoulders... shoot the upper outside of your legs, about a fist width down from your hip bone and you wont get any pain...

i would start with 2cc's for a few pokes than move to 3 cc's for quads.works for me that way.same with delts,i always start with 1cc than move to 2 and ill be fine.also i always used a 5/8 25g in my delts and just started using the same for my quads a few months ago.i just bury it in and it works great for me.i have almost zero fat on my legs though

I've injected as much as 3.5 ccs in my glutes with no ill effects.......except for the immediate ouch factor which goes away.

im not recommended this but i recently injected 2.5 cc's into my delt and it hurt for a few days but everything was fine.

i do three cc's in glutes quads and ventrogluatals (sp) once a week. usually 6mls in on eday so i dont have to inject again that week if there long esters.

22G 1" for shoulders never gone over 1-1/2cc with no discomfort.
22g 1-1/2" have put 4cc in glutes no prob. Slow and massage there will be some displacement.

ive always been fine and have been told 3 ccs was gravy. I have even injected 3 and a half before with no trouble, not to say you should but it didn't bother me.
