    After Injecting Empty After Injecting

    Is it ok to go into a spa 1 hour after injecting? Should I worry about the injection site around pool water? Is it better to wait a day?

    I don't think there should be any problem with going in the spa......I have been swimming after an injection...I actually felt better, got the muscle moving.....

    your blood clots and your inflamatory response shuts off the wound from the outside world within VERY shorltly after you withdraw the needle. So youll definitly be fine
