    How many days should you leave between shooting in your glutes, and whats the most you would inject in one shot?

    I perform injections 2 times a week and just rotate from one glute to the other. I'm shooting 3 CC's each time (total of 6 CC). I wouldn't go any more than 3 CC at one time though IMO, if I need to shoot more, then I'll break up the doses and the injections.

    And nearly forgot, I shoot on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

    I only pin twice a week, so once per cheek a week, no probems with injecting into an area that is still got scare tissue from prior shot.
