Probably a dumb question, but I will ask anyway. I am in week 6 off my cycle and seeing some really great gains in strength. Had a really great workout on Monday...then last night I was at the gym and just felt very week. I started doing the DC training about two weeks into my cycle. Anyway, I just did not expect to have a week day while in cycle. Anyone have any input on this? I was thinking it was the normal drop in progress just before you begin peaking again, being stronger than before.
