    Probably a dumb question, but I will ask anyway. I am in week 6 off my cycle and seeing some really great gains in strength. Had a really great workout on Monday...then last night I was at the gym and just felt very week. I started doing the DC training about two weeks into my cycle. Anyway, I just did not expect to have a week day while in cycle. Anyone have any input on this? I was thinking it was the normal drop in progress just before you begin peaking again, being stronger than before.

    i had the same experience when i was on test enth and equ. had days were i just couldn't get any energy going. it eventually passed. i have trouble withh equ that way.

    Well, I had the energy, just my strenght was not like other days. For example, generally I work up to 80lb dumbells for chest and rep it 15X. Last night, doing the 60's seemed heavy. At one point, I attempted to move some weight, and I was shocked when it did not budge. I regrouped and finally did it, but nearly died in doing so.

    You fueling your muscles properly? You taking in enough carbs and protein?

    Definitely eating right, overtraining could be the problem. Honestly, moving for four days in a row really took it's toll on my body. Using muscles you normally do not use. I am probably jst being paranoid.

    eat plenty of carbs & make sure you got enough rest before workout.

    Do you go to bed at the same time every night?... How many hours of sleep do you get every night?... Any nights you only get a few hours... An hour or 2 here and there really adds up and it's hard and nearly impossible to catch up on the extra rest you missed.... With all the gear, extra food and hard workouts the body needs more rest... Try sleeping 10hrs a couple nights

    yeah im gonna have to say sleep is HUGE...for a while i was working out at six in the morn, goin to school, then WORK until like 10pm...would only get 5-6 hours of sleep a night, and it definitly added up and drained me out

    Well, I would say sleep is the problem. I work full time, I am a full time student (double major...ugh!)and I have a family, new house etc. I do not get into bed until midnight every night and am up at 6 a.m., so I average 5-6 hours a night. 7 if I am lucky and that would be a weekend. I have a special needs step-son, mildly autistic, and well, that really can be physically draining in itself when he wakes up in the middle of the night. I will need to look at adjusting my schedule so my body does not suffer.
