Everyone Does Cheat Sets Sometimes But I See A Lot Of Gents At My Gym That Always Attempt To Lift To Much Weight It's Also Good To Go Heavy Sometimes But You Have To Use Weight That You Can Control Remember It's Bodybuilding Not Power Lifting I Guess They Do This In A Effort To Impress People But It Does'nt Work To Much Weight All The Time Is Just As Bad As Not Enough Weight But The Right Amount Of Weight In Isolated Movements Will Give You Pumps You Won't Believe Building The Muscle Getting That Blood And Nutrients Flowing In There You Can't Do Cheats Sets All The Time Pump Pump Pump Pump It Up!!!!!
