    The best weight loss tip is just drink one lemon mixed in one glass of hot water daily in the morning before your workout. Then walk or do your workouts.

    Recently I stared eating raw carrot to lose weight. I lost almost seven pounds a week.
    After I woke i drunk hot water with a lemon and went for a walk for about one-hour.
    For breakfast, I took two egg whites.
    For lunch, I ate raw carrots how many I want.
    I drunk nearly four litres of water.
    But at dinner i took nearly 400 calorie food of my choice.
    This is a prescibed diet by my doctor also I altered my diet tips from my doctor with the information found in this site: https://besthcgdropswebsite.com/hcg-diet/

    You will get more needed from the above. I think it is like a crash diet, but this is an awesome diet to lose weight.
