Tren E Dosage

I am currently on my fifth cycle. It is as follows:

Test E. 600mg 2x a week
D-bol. 50 mg a day for 4 weeks
Tren E. 200 mg once a week. for 10 of the 12 weeks cycle.

My question is. Is 200 mg a week of Tren E. enough? I ran Tren E. the same last cycle and saw pretty good results.

But to answer your original question your well within the normal range on tren E. 150-300mg EW.

I think 200mg of Tren E is too low of a dose. I would recommened a minimum of 400. That's what I did with great results. The normal range is actually somewhere between 250-1000mg. Tren D's normal range is 100-300mg per week.

damn bro, im doing 800mg test and 400mg eq a week now, thats alot of test. what kind of results are you seeing. oh ya im doing 50mg d-bol 1 wk, 2nd week 50mg oxydrol then repeating. oxy works fast, i dont wanna over stress myself so i drop to dbol the following week. seems to work good for me.

Sorry bros, I mean't to write 600 mg of Test e a week. I will up the Tren to 400 mg a week.

300 - 400 mgs weekly will give great results

Man, this batch of Tren is a sob...after every shot my quad is sore as hell for 2 days. That's after warming it and massaging my quad for 5 minutes afterward.

I am having a lot of trouble with tren leaving knots and extreme soreness for days even bruises I use the tren ace. Any solution to this probem would be helpful.

Try heating the vial before the shot, also massage the area after you stick it. Some people feel that taking a shot after training a body part also helps alleviate the problems b/c of the increased blood flow.
