whats up guys i need some help i have always taken clomid during my cycles but i was told to take nolva. or prov. so what do i take and which is better.

On low dose cycles,(test under 750) I prefer either just nolva, or nolva and proviron if at all possible. These are relatively weak anti estrogens and work better with low dose cycles than the stronger anti estrogens IMO.
On a cycle of 500 test and 400 EQ I would take 20mg nolva per night and 25mg of proviron per day. Now if I were to add Dbol to that cycle I would up the nolva to 40mg per night or consider using arimidex.

Well, that is the first time I've heard of anyone using Clomid during their cycle. But it just really depends on why you are taking it. For bloat, Proviron will work fine. If you are gyno prone, Nolvadex. Then again, Nolvadex can control bloat, prevent gyno, and help out your cholesterol levels.

I only take clomid after the cycles. Arimedex or and nolvaldex during. On a long cycle I will add HCG during and after.

I only take 12.5mg of Aromasin ed when the esters kick in, and while I'm taking Dbol I moniter with Nolvadex close by. I take 20mg of Nolvadex eod from weeks 6 through pct on long cycles.
