PersonallyI would try to cut the bodyfat down before I did that. Make sure your diet is in check. Here are just a few pointers for helping and I know other members can add alot to this. Do early a.m. cardio 25-45 minutes 3-4 times per week. Do this as soon as you wake up and maybe drink a protien shake before you do it. Eat very clean foods. Try to cut out carbohydrates after 6-7 p.m. If you eat fast food quit. Eat Tuna, Extra Lean Ground beef. Tuna is high and protien and has no carbs. Diet is key here to loosing bodyfat. Post up your norma eating schedule and what you eat throughout the day and we can help you more.
